Thang Kiang nam Trading Sdn. Bhd owns and operates several quarries and sand mines in Malaysia. Product includes high quality aggregates suitable for calcium carbonate powder factory use, chipping, crusher run for construction industry and road building. Washed mining sand for building material industry such as fiber ceiling board, wall partition, moulding, etc. With our large fleet of trucks we also provide lorry transportation service.
TKN Calcium Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary manufactures ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate. The plant is located in Batu Gajah Industrial Park and has an area of 14 acres. TKN has installed the latest state-of-the-art pulverizer mill built with German technological know-how. The entire plant is controlled with a computerized system. It is capable of producing up to 1200 mesh.
The limestone raw material is obtained from our own quarry located in Simpang Pulai, the particular sources has exceptional whiteness index. The rocks are manually selected before they are fed into mill. With its in-house laboratory, TKN provides laboratory reports for each batch of our product. The reports will show chemical analysis, particle size distribution, brightness and whiteness etc.
